Shipping & Returns
How we get your gear to you, and what to do if something isn't right.

Free, insured shipping
We offer free, fully-insured shipping on every order within the contiguous United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations may incur additional cost — contact us for a quote before ordering.
Most in-stock launch monitors ship within 1–2 business days. Larger simulator components and made-to-order items may take longer; the expected lead time is noted on the product page where applicable.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, reach out and we'll chase it down.

Inspecting your delivery
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If a box appears damaged, note it with the carrier and take photos before opening. Report any shipping damage to us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it quickly with the carrier and manufacturer.
30-day returns
If a product isn't the right fit, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation included.
Certain items — such as opened software licenses, custom or made-to-order simulator components, and clearance products — may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. Any such terms are noted on the product page.
How to start a return
To begin a return or exchange, email support@golflounge.shop with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid label.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 5–10 business days.
Warranty & defects
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If you experience a defect, contact us and we'll help coordinate warranty service or replacement with the manufacturer.
